GP's are often asked to do follow-up treatment that should be carried out in secondary care, this is not part of our contract and have been done on a good will basis. This is becoming unsustainable due to the increasing demands from secondary care, therefore we will now be rejecting these requests.

The practice has a wide and varied multidisciplinary clinical team, depending on your needs, you may be able to get help from someone other than your family doctor.

We would like to assure patients that there is no change to the ways that you access our practice or contact us. People can still telephone for advice, help and appointments or walk in during practice opening hours.

For the benefit of our hearing impaired patients, the practice has a hearing loop installed at our reception desk and a portable unit that can be used in consulting rooms if needed.
